What: HoM and Holy City Brewery Beer Dinner
When: 6p.m.
Where: HoM, 563 King St.
How: HoM’s chef Shay MacDonald will feature a five-course, burgerless beer-paired dinner to showcase the local brews of Holy City Brewing. Tickets can be purchased at the restaurant or Holy City Brewery tasting room. $60, all inclusive.

Thursday 3.29
What: Long Miles SHADES Album Release Party
When: 8p.m.-11:30p.m.
Where: Music Farm, 32 Ann St.
How: Long Miles creates a distinctive mixture of rock, reggae, hip-hop and jam with their collection of original songs. Covering “everything from Toots to Michael Jackson to A Tribe Called Quest,” they’re known for playing their own adaptations of popular crowd-pleasing songs at their live shows, while still focusing on originals. The SHADES album release show will benefit the CofC Arts Management Program, and feature special guests Heyrocco and The South Carolina Broadcasters. Tickets are $10 in advance, $13 at the door.
 

 

Friday 3.30
What: Hampden Clothing Anniversary Show Featuring Rag & Bone
When: 12p.m.
Where: Westbrook Brewery, 510 Ridge Rd., Mt. Pleasant
How: Rag & Bone was among the brands Hampden Clothing founder, Stacy Smallwood, first introduced to clients back in 2007, so it is fitting that Rag & Bone designers Marcus Wainwright and David Neville are coming to Charleston just for the occasion! The fashion show will showcase Rag & Bone’s Spring 2012 collection and give attendees the opportunity to shop the looks after the show with fitting assistance by the designers themselves. Enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, gift bags and more! Tickets are $75.

When: 8a.m. Race Starts, 9a.m.-Noon Finish Festival
Where: Starting in Mt. Pleasant, Ending at Marion Square
